The Supernova Elite program is designed for maturity. At this stage, we transition from drills to tactical "Council Meetings," where players are given a game scenario and must work together to find a solution. We focus on "Transition Logic"—the ability to switch from defense to attack in seconds. A key pillar of this program is the Junior Guide Program, where Elites are invited to assist our coaches with the younger Tiny Comets. This mentorship model builds significant empathy and responsibility, ensuring our graduates are not just technically skilled, but respected leaders in their community.
