Work with us
Hello! We are looking for high-energy, passionate individuals to join Melbourne’s most innovative youth sports team. As a Ground Control Guide, you’ll help us deliver developmental programs that focus on participation, character, and fun over scoreboards.
More than just a game
At Bright Stars Soccer, our mission is to protect the magic of childhood. We believe that every child deserves a "Fair Go" in sports, free from the pressure of scoreboards and sideline shouting.
We are a "Safe-to-Fail" academy. Our Ground Control team is dedicated to building resilience, bravery, and character through our term-based Galactic Journey. If you believe that a high-five is more important than a goal, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
Impact-driven work:
You aren't just running drills; you are building the "Social Bravery" and "Physical Literacy" that recruits will carry for life.
Professional training:
Learn our unique "NASA-meets-Disney" approach to coaching. We provide full induction into the Bright Stars methodology.
Leadership pathways:
We don't just develop kids; we develop leaders. Our junior coaches have a clear trajectory to become lead coaches and managers.
