Where technical bravery meets creative play.
Program focus: Technical bravery and creative feints.
Key skills: 1v1 evasion and explosive movement.
The Galactic Strikers division is built on courage. We empower children to be technically brave, encouraging them to try creative "Space Moves" without the fear of being criticised for making a mistake.
Learning to use a change of speed after a feint to beat a defender.
Mastering body swerves and feints to unbalance opponents.
Developing power and precision in shooting and long-range passing.
trikers use "Cloaking Devices" (skills) to escape defenders and reach the goal.
Galactic Strikers is where we tackle the fear of failure head-on. By removing the scoreboard, we allow 9-10 year olds to try the creative moves they see their heroes perform on TV without the fear of being "benched." This is the age of creative courage. Our sessions encourage children to take on defenders with confidence. We celebrate a daring skill even if the ball is lost, because we know that bravery today leads to mastery tomorrow. We are building a "skills toolbox" that gives our players the resilience to handle pressure in any future environment.
The science of play:
Practicing skills in a "safe-to-fail" zone reduces performance anxiety in pre-teens by up to 25%.
Using feints and fakes trains the brain to think "two steps ahead," a critical skill for academic problem-solving.
Skills matrix:
Feints, step-overs, 1v1 attacking, power shooting, and recovery runs.
Bravery, resilience, creative thinking, and "Bounce-Back" ability.
