Program & The Basics

    • A Term: This is a structured 8-week block of soccer program that runs consecutively alongside the school term .

    • A Session: This is the single, weekly 60-minute class your child attends on either Saturday or Sunday morning.

  • We offer tailored developmental categories for kids aged 3 all the way up to 10+ years old:

  • Our program runs as an 8-week block, and the investment is $190.00 per term. This includes your child's 60-minute weekly session, access to all themed event days, and completion rewards.

  • Yes, absolutely! We offer our Same-Time Sibling Play Guarantee, which means both of your kids will play during the exact same hourly timeslot so you can get that valuable time back in your day. Please note that while they will be on the pitch at the same time, both stars will play within their individual, age-appropriate developmental groups to ensure they get the most out of their session.

  • Some of our little stars are starting their journey for the very first time! We specialise in first landings. We use whimsical storytelling and pure play to make sure your child feels like a hero from day one, regardless of their ability.

  • First-day jitters are completely normal! Our coaches are experts at helping children navigate these big emotions. We focus on Social Bravery—taking that first step onto the pitch is a win in itself.

  • Never. We have removed scoreboards, ladders, and Elite-Athlete pressure. By removing the fear of losing, children actually develop technical skills faster in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

  • Yes! We require a parent or guardian to remain at the ground. Your presence on the sidelines provides the safety net your child needs to explore their skills with confidence.

  • Safety is our top priority.  A first aid kit is always present at the registration desk.

Structure & Enrolments

    • Every 60-minute session is perfectly balanced to optimise engagement and physical activity:

      • Warm-Up & Skill Training (~40 minutes): High-energy, imagination-based mini-games focused on building motor skills, coordination, and social bravery.

      • Game Time (~20 minutes): A zero-pressure, small-sided match where kids can freely put their skills into action and prioritise fun.

  • Enrolment is completed entirely online. Simply head straight to enrolment page to fill out the registration form, select your hub, and securely finalise your fees.

  • We offer tailored developmental categories for kids aged 3 all the way up to 10+ years old:

  • Yes! We want you to feel completely confident that our zero-pressure environment is the perfect fit for your child. We offer a $20 trial session so your little star can experience the Bright Stars Magic first-hand with zero long-term obligations.

  • Once the 8 weeks wrap up, we host a special presentation day featuring our Awards & Completion Ceremony where every child is celebrated. Following a short break between terms, the next 8-week block begins with fresh skills, new games, and brand-new themes!

  • Our current families always get absolute priority! Towards the end of the term, you will receive an early-access email and WhatsApp alert to re-enrol for the upcoming term before spaces open up to the public waitlist. This ensures your little star can keep their preferred session time and stay with their teammates.

  • Your core registration locks in a dedicated home time-slot at either Caroline Springs or Aintree to keep teams and friends together. However, if you would like your child to participate in an additional session at a second location during the week, please contact us at hello@brightstarssoccer.com.au to discuss further.

Weather, Venues & Make-Up Classes

  • We operate premium, dedicated outdoor setups at local primary schools across Melbourne's West:

    • Caroline Springs: St. George Preca Primary School (Saturday Mornings).

    • Aintree: Aintree Primary School (Sunday Mornings).

    • Rain or Shine: Our standard sessions run outdoors in all safe-to-play weather conditions to encourage active, healthy lifestyles and resilience.

    • Extreme Weather: If conditions ever become completely unsafe (such as torrential storms or extreme heatwaves exceeding safe thresholds), we will cancel the session and offer a make-up session. Parents will be notified immediately via SMS and email.

  • If we officially cancel a session due to extreme or unsafe weather conditions, you will be notified immediately via SMS and email. A dedicated make-up class will be scheduled for the end of the term. For example, if a session in Week 3 is cancelled due to rain, it will be automatically rescheduled and played during Week 9.

  • Due to our strictly limited spot capacities and structured, term-based program layout, make-up classes are offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you are approved for a make-up class, we will notify you so you can book into an available slot at another hub location in the following weeks of the active term. Please note that make-up classes cannot be rolled over or credited to the next term.

Uniform, Coaching & Community

  • Yes, our stars wear their kits with pride! For Term 3, we are running a massive Soccer Starter Pack Special for just $60 (normally $120). This includes your official uniform (jersey & shorts), socks, protective shin guards, and a drawstring bag. Your pre-ordered pack will be ready for pickup right at the check-in desk at your very first session!

  • If you purchase the Starter Pack during your online enrolment, it will be packed and ready for you to collect directly from the check-in desk at your very first session of the term!

  • Our sessions are led by enthusiastic, highly trained coaches who specialise in early childhood sports development. Every member of our coaching team is thoroughly vetted, holds an active Working with Children Check, and is specifically trained to focus on child empathy, encouragement, and individual developmental needs.

  • Yes, we love growing our community through family and friends!
